The solutions we recommend are complete all-in-one devices made up of, among other things, PTZ cameras, computers, conference microphones and loudspeakers – designed to work in a variety of room layouts, in both small and large conference rooms.
Yealink devices integrate tightly with leading cloud platforms and offer intuitive interfaces that make remote meetings easy to run, cameras with zoom and high-resolution video transmission technology. What is more, the system built into these products automatically corrects missing pixels – high image quality is guaranteed even with 30% packet loss. Synchronisation with the YMS server lets you schedule meetings and start a conference with a single click. A wide field of view and up to 12x optical zoom shorten the distance between participants, making interaction easier, and deliver a very natural conversation experience even with a dozen or more people in the room.
A simplified interface makes it easy to manage virtual meeting rooms. If you want to host a meeting with as many as 1,500 participants and gain access to many useful features such as streaming, scheduling and video calls in a web browser, use the additional Yealink Meeting Server infrastructure.
In our AV projects we also use professional Yealink conference phones, which make audio and video communication more effective. With these devices you can use a built-in web browser, a calendar and call recording, and install your own Android apps. A standalone terminal with a large touchscreen becomes a handy tool for ad hoc video conferences. Thanks to high-quality image and sound transmission, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support and HDMI inputs, you can hold business calls without leaving your workstation. It is an ideal choice for executives, company management and sales teams.
Compatibility with communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype and Zoom makes it easy to create conference invitations and respond to them. A simplified mapping process means you can send the image from the terminal to an office display at any time.
