Bosch
Bosch discussion systems are, above all, stand-alone integrated solutions for running conferences in large, medium-sized and small meeting rooms in corporations, small companies and public institutions operating at local and national level.
The company's range includes individual products such as microphones and extension modules, but most of it consists of solutions ready for deployment in corporations, small businesses, public offices and town halls – solutions that respond to the global trend towards integrated, flexible systems in which data is shared across a unified network of interfaces and infrastructure.
Corporate clients and public institutions value Bosch solutions above all for their flexibility – the ability to expand the infrastructure and to manage the course of a discussion on multiple levels. Among other things, the operator can moderate the conference, set the interface language for selected voting/discussion participants, and use live video transmission, a fast Internet connection and a variety of multimedia functions.
Two solutions stand out in Bosch's range of discussion systems: the DICENTIS network system and the CCS 1000 D digital discussion system. We describe them briefly in the following paragraphs. It is worth remembering, however, that Bosch's discussion system range also includes more traditional products from the DCS series and even the Integrus wireless interpretation distribution system.
Solutions used:

DICENTIS is a revolutionary open platform based on a server architecture and the IP protocol. This modern Bosch solution stands out for its excellent, latency-free sound quality (supporting almost 100 languages) and its ability to integrate with additional systems for document management and audio-video streaming. DICENTIS also provides a high level of protection. The TLS/SSL encryption protocol increases the security of transmitted data, while installation with automatic key generation guarantees a secure connection.
The Bosch DICENTIS discussion system, in wired and wireless versions, is designed both for small companies and for dynamic international corporations. Support for up to 750 discussion positions and configuration to suit each organisation’s needs make it one of the AV solutions we recommend.

When deploying DICENTIS discussion systems, the client can choose individual devices such as a discussion unit with a touchscreen, with language selection or voting, as well as discussion units in portrait and landscape layouts, and language selectors.
Another leading Bosch discussion system is the CCS 1000 D which, thanks to its compact size and versatile configuration options, is recommended primarily for small and medium-sized conference rooms. The CCS 1000 D lets the operator manage up to 25 active microphones at the same time, control cameras and configure audio outputs. All that is needed is to connect the system to a laptop, desktop computer or tablet.

A particularly important feature for running discussions is the system’s ability to digitally archive up to 4,000 hours of discussion recordings. Recorded sessions are played back via a web browser or the control unit.
Sound quality also deserves a mention here. The CCS 1000 D features advanced digital speech processing and Digital Acoustic Feedback Suppression, which delivers loud sound without howling. In addition, because the delegate units connect directly to the control unit, the system is extremely quick to configure.
