2. In matters relating to the processing of personal data by Business Group, and in matters relating to the withdrawal or granting of consent, you may contact the personal data controller at [email protected].

3. Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

- responding to enquiries made to us by telephone or submitted via the contact form available on the proav.pl website (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), i.e. pursuing the legitimate interest of the controller in building and developing relationships with our clients and seeking to sell goods and services

- maintaining or establishing business relationships (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

- processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

- conducting direct marketing (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) once separate, voluntary consents have been given (consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law, and consent to receiving commercial information by electronic means within the meaning of Article 10(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means)

- performing the contracts between us and providing you with the services we offer, including sending correspondence

- fulfilling our legal obligations, in particular issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents

The categories of personal data processed are personal data obtained directly from you or personal data collected from publicly available sources (websites), in particular: first name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, company name, job title and correspondence address. For entrepreneurs, this additionally includes the NIP (Tax ID), registered office address and bank account number.

5. Your personal data may be disclosed to authorised public authorities and to entities providing services to Business Group in the following areas: legal services, accounting, marketing, finance and IT system maintenance.

6. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EU).

7. Your personal data will be processed by Business Group until you withdraw your consent or for the period required by law.

You have the right of access to your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (where processing is based on consent) carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, by contacting Business Group by telephone on +48 22 423 87 87 or by e-mail at [email protected] or, where processing is based on consent, via the form through which the consent was given.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

10. Your data will not be processed by automated means (profiling).
