In dispatch and monitoring centres the video wall processor has to run without interruption. We update firmware, rebuild window and source layouts, add new signals and diagnose image problems in 24/7 operation. If your device is not on the list, get in touch – we will check how we can help.

How we support these systems

Supporting the system, not just the device. We start every request by checking how the device works with the rest of the room – control, signal, network and software.

When the hardware is faulty. Repairs are carried out by the manufacturer's service centre – we handle the case, select a replacement and reconfigure the system after the exchange.

Questions about support

Do you repair faulty devices?

We do not run a repair workshop – we provide AV system service: configuration, updates, integration and diagnostics. When the fault is in the hardware itself, we handle the case with the manufacturer's service centre, select a replacement or lamp and reconfigure the system after the exchange.

Do you support systems that PROAV did not install?

Yes. We also accept requests for installations delivered by other integrators. During the first visit we review the system configuration and documentation so that later requests can be handled faster.

How much does service support cost?

A service visit takes a minimum of 2 hours, i.e. PLN 650 net on working days between 9:00 and 17:00; each additional hour started costs PLN 300 net. For many rooms a subscription with a pool of hours is more cost-effective – details on the service page.

What to include in your request

The manufacturer and model of the device – ideally from the rating plate or the device menu; for projectors, also the approximate lamp hours.

Symptoms and circumstances. What exactly happens, since when, and whether the problem occurs with every signal source or only one.

Location and contact person. The address, the room and the person who will give access to technical areas on the day of the visit.

For the technical team: what we pay attention to

Device firmware versions and compatibility between them – especially in control and video conferencing systems.
The signal path from source to display: cables, extenders, matrices, resolutions and HDCP.
Operating conditions: temperature and ventilation in racks, projector filters, power supply.
Configuration backups and as-built documentation before every change.
