TPAY (Krajowy Integrator Płatności)
Tpay is the brand of Krajowy Integrator Płatności, a technology-focused joint-stock company that develops software for secure online payments. The company’s new headquarters occupies the 17th floor of the Andersia Tower in Poznań, overlooking the Old Market Square. For an office that puts employee comfort first, PROAV designed and deployed video conferencing, wireless presentation and video projection, combining them in every room into a single, easy-to-use set-up.
Employees entering a room should not have to wonder how to start a video conference or launch a presentation, and the laptops used in the company had to connect to the system without any configuration. Presentations of software and graphics required a high-resolution image that stays legible even on a sunny day.
The office includes conference rooms, a VIP office and a training and coworking area, so we selected the equipment for each room separately according to how it is used, while keeping the same way of operating it everywhere. We chose cameras and speakerphones that can easily be moved to another room when needed.
Solutions used:

Industries:

Operation without instructions. The equipment had to be as simple as possible and not require lengthy configuration before a meeting. Broad compatibility with employees’ laptops was essential.
A large image for remote meetings. The client wanted remote participants shown in a large format, as well as compact cameras that can be moved to another room when needed.
Quick voice calls. The office also needed conference phones for quickly setting up online calls.
One video conferencing set-up. In the conference rooms we combined LG UL3G large-format displays, Poly EagleEye Cube cameras and Jabra Speak 810 speakerphones. We integrated these components using an Atlona AT-OME-MH21 switcher.
Connect a laptop via any port. The switcher accepts signals via USB-C, USB-A and HDMI and automatically detects the active input, so users do not have to change the source manually.
Cable-free presentation. We equipped every room with an Optoma UHD CastPro wireless presentation system, which sends video, photos and documents to the display in 4K UHD quality.

True-to-life colour. In the VIP office we installed a 65-inch LG display with 4K UHD resolution and 400 cd/m² brightness. The IPS panel provides wide viewing angles, so material is legible from anywhere in the room.
A compact set-up for important meetings. The display is complemented by a Poly EagleEye Mini camera with a wide-angle lens, which automatically adjusts focus, exposure and white balance, and a Jabra Speak 810 speakerphone that handles the audio.
A large screen for groups. We equipped the multi-purpose space with a 125-inch ceiling-recessed Kauber projection screen and an NEC P554U projector with 5300 ANSI lumens brightness and WUXGA resolution.
A screen that lowers automatically. The Kauber Trigger module lowers the screen when the projector is switched on. The area is complemented by a 55-inch LG display, and together the devices make it possible to run training sessions and presentations even in moderate sunlight.

Projection hidden in the ceiling. In the largest room we installed a ceiling-recessed Kauber Inceiling Black Top projection screen almost 3 metres wide. The Kauber Trigger lowers it automatically when the projector is switched on, and the black top border sets the projection surface at the right height for the audience.
Video conferencing on a large display. The room is completed by a 75-inch large-format display connected to the video conferencing system and wireless presentation, so the space serves both in-person and remote meetings.
Tpay employees start a meeting the same way in every room: they connect a laptop with a single cable or share their screen wirelessly. The system selects the source automatically, so meetings start without help from the IT department.
Software and graphics presentations are displayed in high resolution, and high-brightness projectors provide a legible image in the bright 17th-floor office. The screens retract into the ceiling when the room is used for other purposes.
The training and coworking area and the largest conference room support both training sessions for larger groups and team meetings. The projection screen lowers automatically as soon as the projector is switched on, while the large-format display remains available for everyday work. This way a single room serves several functions without rearranging any equipment.
Portable cameras and speakerphones make it possible to move a remote meeting to another room when the way work is organised requires it. We took a similar approach, based on mobile Poly cameras, at the Klub Bankowca ZBP.
